My name is Julia Menard and I’ll be your host and guide for the 6-week online course starting October 27 at 11 am PST.

This is your welcome and orientation to the course page. What you need to know before getting started:

  • Once registration closes on October 10, 2015, I will be emailing you to connect and start to get you ready for the course starting October 27
  • You will receive the course materials one module a week – always the week before. So the first module will be sent to you on Thursday, October 22. That is for our first live webinar on Tuesday October 27. And so on.
  • If you want to join the private Facebook group dedicated to this topic – send me a friend request through Facebook (Julia Menard) and I will add your name to the group.
  • Please send me an email in the next day or so (before the course starts) letting me know:
    • What drew you here? That is, What do you want to know? Why did you register? What’s your need?
    • By the end of the course, what would satisfy you? What are you really looking for? What do you want to walk away with? What end result are you after?

Email your answers to:  Julia@juliamenard.com

Lastly, I want to congratulate you for registering! It takes courage to face this topic, and, it’s been my experience there are many benefits to doing so. They include:

  • It’s empowering! By learning to engage conflict, you create a greater voice in your own life. You create more agency in your work context and you increase your ability to achieve what you truly want to achieve.
  • People not only gain a greater sense of empowerment, but confidence and recognition for the other person as well.  When you arrive at the place of mutual understanding – anything is possible!
  • It moves you from a place of being stuck to being in action!

Let’s stay in touch between now and the beginning of the course! Remember to email me the answers to the questions above – and I welcome your questions and comments at any and all times!

Warmly,

Julia
